Vernon V. Bianchi Sr.


Vernon V. Bianchi Sr. attended the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York majoring in life science. In 1970, enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and worked in storage, accounting, testing and transport of liquid petroleum products. Mountian Home AFB, Idaho, fuels branch that was rated best in USAF and received the American Petroleum Institute Award. Later in the United Kingdom, he was promoted to fuels management accounting for ground fuels for RAF Bentwaters and Woodbridge and satellite bases including procurement from major oil and gas companies.

Mr. Bianchi was in charge of Quality control and in experimentation on process development studies in connection with Stony brook University for Mackenzie chemical works Central Islip, NY involved in petrochemical catalyst manufacture. later employed by Shell Oil Company’s West Hollow Research Center Houston, Texas research studies in dielectric constant resin and solvent mixtures.

Mr. Bianchi worked on design of oil rig components with Hutchison and Hayes and offshore drilling international. Mr. Bianchi was licensed with TL Smith securities in Ft worth Texas and clearing through the firm of Southwest Securities Dallas Texas as a licensed series 7, 63 Broker. has been involved in the funding of numerous oil and gas drilling projects and pre-initial public offerings for technology companies.

Mr. Bianchi founded WhiteHill Capital Inc in 1996 providing startup evaluation and funding proposals for venture capital where the company funded some pre-initial public offering projects and raised capital for drilling operations and development.
